a stage, runway, or riser (WITH delivery, setup, and tear-down services). You will only be required to
select a simple stage dimension, the surface type it will be setup on, and other stairs/skirting/canopy
options. The labor and engineering costs to setup a stage on grass, sand, over water, or on other types of uneven
surfaces, may cost more, due to additional engineering and/or labor costs involved. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
(a) The final price quoted INCLUDES delivery, setup, and removal, labor and engineering
services; and (b) This is NOT an actual estimate--you must contact us to receive the most accurate pricing, and schedule

If you are a service professional looking to rent staging gear ONLY (that is, YOU perform the transportation, setup, strike, and

The Rental Catalog allows selection of the individual items you would like to receive a written quote on (NOTE that
as of Saturday, December 21, 2024 this functionality is not yet available).
To help guide you through the process of selecting the best stage/staging services for your event, we have included
help bubbles (small question mark or the word "INFO" on the right side of each field
name). For example, as a general rule of thumb, the more people you anticipate
having in attendence at the event (within proximity of the stage/entertainers on the stage), the HIGHER the
stage should be (allows better visibility for those standing/sitting several hundred feet out). And
as a consequence of a higher deck height, safety railing may need to be installed.
